So, pretty much the WOOSH from thief (I always thought it was more 'woosh' than 'swoosh', swoosh is like, cloth and stuff, woosh is more... you get the idea). I love the idea.

In that same vein, cooldownless please? Or maybe just 2 seconds?

  That'd somewhat defeat the purpose of the mod. If you want to get rid of the cooldown, head into TES5Edit, find the _PowerQuickDash spell and remove _QuickDashStamRateCD from its effects. It's still a lesser power so it's subject to the 3s cooldown, or whatever your fMagicLesserPowerCooldownTimer is set to.

Does this work for Special Edition? If so, how would I go about installing it? NMM is weird with mod for this game.

  It does work for SE. Just download it manually then add the archive. NMM should have a big green plus button along its left side for that.

  The mod doesn't do anything to perk trees, so there should be no compatibility issues.
