Downloading this file isn't really necessary. You can always just make an empty .txt file and rename it "Unofficial Skyrim Patch.esm" (changing the file type). I've done this a couple times to change dependencies and it works like a charm. Just make that when doing so via TES5Edit to include the USLEEP .esm in loading.
I know it isn't necessary but there are people uncomfortable with doing things themselves due to possibly breaking their game and prefer to use things people who have an idea about what their doing make since there's a lesser chance of it happening. So I uploaded this. I know a lot of people won't use it or shouldn't need to use it but it's here for those people who don't want do do it themselves for any reason.
