I didn't replace any animation files, only changed the directories for horses in the CK. I never touched anything to do with donkeys in the CK so I'm not sure why that would be happening.
I will look into it, though.
EDIT: I've tried to recreate this, and can't seem to. You did install Skyrim Horses renewal before this, yes? And made sure that mod's .esp wasn't activated?
Yes but it saids on the main page of skyrim hoses renewel there are unique animations, so its not from you its from them.
I had this issue before ever knowing about this mod. Seems like an Enderal bug as it first happened to me when I loaded a game in dark valley while I was on horse back. I was afk, and all of a sudden My horse and I were swept up my an invisible tornado. I laughed a good 5 minutes as I watched my horse and character being bashed against mountains and trees. Not this mod though. lol

Wow thank you for making this, awesome! But I am a little confused since I use mod organizer don't I just add the esp through it since I run enderal through mod organizer?
