   Is this ENB compatible with NLVA (Natural Lighting Vivid Atmospherics) weather plugin?

      its not incompatible per-se' but it may not look good. I havent tested it.

   Lighting and weather mods needed? Didn't Insomnia need ELFX? I assume no on the weather since you seem to have included your own.

      I used Enhanced lighting and Effects and Climates of Tamriel but they are not required it seems. I'm pretty sure other authors only require lighting/weather mods to obtain the look of their own screenshots.

      Got that. I was hinting to the author that he might want to add the lighting and weather mods he recommends to give the intended look. Like most mod authors do...
