Maybe make it so the person actually has to read the book to gain the skill instead of simply picking it up and opening the cover.. That is just my two septims

As I said in a previous comment... I'm doing this for a future mod. and maybe because I'm crazy, but mainly for the future mod. and because this is the mod the Nexus needs, but not the one it deserves right now.
No free skill boosts? You mean I'll actually have to EARN them through GAMEPLAY? I'm contacting the admins. We can't have this filth on the nexus, no sir.
- Actions speak louder then words. - Some people learn better by doing, rather then seeing. - The pen is Mightier then the sword (unless you're actually in a fight.) - Bananas - ect.

in all seriousness, I've seen people have complained that when they are Role playing, they accidentally pick up a skill books, and are sad when there Meat Headed, all muscle no brained, Barbarians sat down and Learned the complexities of Summoning Deadra or the finesse of sneaking.
I've seen Mods that make it so you just pick the book up, but you people might accidentally read it anyway in the menu.
This kinda fixes those.
and if people don't like it, no reason to download this.
