This is kind of a small mod, but I felt it would be helpful for some (including myself :) ).  All this mod does is removes a lot of the unnecessary effects and such.  It removes things from cobwebs (not spider webs),  dust effects, hay scatter, etc...  This mod does t make the game less immersive in either of these interiors all it does is give the game a little extra boost in both interiors.  It doesn't change any of the lights or lighting properties, so in theory, it should be compatible with any lighting overhaul.  This mod is completely scriptless, it's just an esp.  I hope this will help someone.
