   Damn this would have been perfect if it used whatever textures you have installed for dwemer metal, the texture it comes with matches nothing my game.

   Nobody has commented in years but this is a good mod. It gives every horse with a saddle horse armors of varying kinds. Well worth an install

   Will this use the vanilla dwemer textures if I delete the texture that came with the mod? Because I got some HD dwemer texture mods I want the horse to match.

   I followed the instructions, moved the data file, launched Skyrim, mounted Shadowmere and nothing. Saved, exited, loaded, still nothing. Other horses in stables have the armour. My Shadowmere does not. Help?
   What do I need to do?

   The only probem this has is the clipping on Shadowmere's head. It's a problem with shadowmere's mesh really.
   
   I tried applying some edits both in ck and to the mesh itself but I have a problem with using another mesh edit for shadowmere which messes up the textures if applied to other horses
   
   the clipping is not due to the custom mesh. it occurs on the original too, as can be seen in the mod images.

   I ended up giving up on my custom mesh edit to remove the extra fur on the horses, and replace shadowmere's skin with the whiterun horse in CK. They use the same textures but use different meshes where the hair on the head does not appear, so removing the clipping.

   Hi I was wondering something, I love all your horse armors but I also like to use unarmored horses sometimes too what I was wondering is there a way to make it where when you are buying a horse that you can choose to have it armored with the choice of ether of your amazing horse armors and a option to buy one without armor?
