You have some of the most Awesome mods DailyPlanet! You definitely nailed it at the Cool Looking Bottle Awards.
Another high quality bottle retexture. You are really making it so difficult to choose which one to use since they all have their unique animated aspects - depending on what and how you play Skyrim - you walk into a room and notice the animation details immediately. The bottles and their various animations stands out perfectly depending on your visual settings.
I store a bunch in the Enchanting Tower add-on in Hearthfire in that little room and walking in it really pops out. It is fun to display certain items, armor, weapons and so forth when you're playing, especially using Storage Helpers because the move item/furniture/any moveable object in the game is very precise especially for smaller items with a zoom function (the zoom function is from another mod but they work together with no issues).
Did you try to run meshes through SSE Nif Optimizer? I keep saying I'll port my mods to SSE once I installed it, but still haven't done that Sorry about that.
I ran them through, and then opened and saved the esp in ck 2.0. It only happens when the bottles show up in an inventory screen so I don't know if the meshes are different for that from in world. I'll keep working on it see if I can figure it out.
Ok, I reinstalled it manually and it works. There are a couple of potions that are showing the old meshes and textures but I am not sure what mod they come from so it could be an oversight on my part or a mod that is unsupported so I'm calling a win until I can take a closer look at the files. Thanks for your help.
There is no version without small bottles. "Full version" replaces vanilla meshes, adds some extra meshes and name tags on each bottle, while "retexture only" replaces vanilla meshes only.
I'll be honest here, mixing and matching this and the larger bottles provides the most amazing experience when it comes to immersion. I wonder if it's possible to create a mcm interface for each to enable choosing particular bottles. The process I've utilized was opening each individual file and comparing. Doubt many have the nerves for that. Still, when it comes to level of detail, this little bundle provides most enjoyment! Can no longer play the game without it!
My question still remains, although I found an error in fomod installer in "retexture only" version, so I'm guessing you used installer. I will upload a fix with a new version of the mod (which might take a while), so for now, if you want to use refracting option, you need to install the mod manually. Copy files from '00main' folder to your Data folder, than copy files from "01refracting bottles". Overwrite any files if asked.
Can we please get a version without labels, for Requiem and PerMa and such, so that it doesn't need a million patches for mods that affect the names of potions? This is exactly what I think a potion should look like.
Edit: Apparently I'm half blind or stupid, and didn't notice the label-less version. Sorry for wasting your time. Lovely mod, endorsing as soon as it lets me.
Well, "retexture only" version only contains modified vanilla meshes, so if you want, for example, different look for skill potions and few other potions, you would need full version of the mod. I'm now making a version without labels at all
I'd like to try this out, but I have a couple questions. Now does the animation of the potions hamper the frames in game? And does this also include the poisons?
