   I'm not sure I understand... what does this mod actually do?
   Does it replace the "Vampire Lord" body (http://vignette4.wikia.nocookie.net/elderscrolls/images/0/0c/VampireLord.png/) with this female character?

      This is a vampire lord replacer, uses your characters face but with this armor

   You should do standard stuff such as
   
   Vampire Royal Armor with Vampire Gloves and Vampire Boots
   
   Daedric armor maybe?
   
   You'll get lots of downloads that way,

      . Because of Silvist's mod for the custom vampire it's possible to use any armors
