Meh, you could put it in like that but it sounds too mechanic. You can use a tag to randomize your words a bit. The following example sounds a lot better when you have a word which you like to repeat often:
"HI!!! BILLY MAYS HERE WITH OXI CLEAN... it makes you \sel=alt2\ CLEAN... You like \sel=alt1\ CLEAN... \sel=alt4\ CLEAN... \sel=alt7\ CLEAN... Dovah CLEAN... Stay \sel=alt11\ CLEAN, Dovah CLEAN... The Dovah \sel=alt3\ Clean, Stays Clean.. Because of \sel=alt1\ Oxi \sel=alt2\ Clean. Mwahahahaha!"
