I've had the same issue with other mods, including ones I've made myself. It might be an issue with the SEQ file, or the lack thereof. A simple workaround I found is going into the cell where Auxentius is and quick saving (F5) and then quick loading (F9). Then try and speak with Auxentius. It worked for me.
Can someone, ANYONE help me out with this stupid get puzzle when chasing down Auxtious or whatever his name is? It's literally impossible cause one of the levers are stuck which i guess means it's right but there are still two more plus two other door things to pull. It doesn't make any sense that no matter what combination I use it just doesn't work.
Was doing well up until the female bandit leader/lover. Her marker would not disappear after I killed her. I was able to recover the spellbook, but was unable to cast the spell on the giant horse. At this point there were no more options. Sorry dude. Not to insult your efforts, but I removed the mod because I could not finish it.

I was proceeding with this quest just fine, and went to investigate the first of the magical disturbances in Stulna Cave. I defeated the bandits and killed their leader (sitting on the throne overlooking the main chamber), and I got the message to "Speak to Deorny". However, the quest arrow remains on the dead bandit leader and I have no idea where to find Deorny. I am playing a stealth fighter so I might have killed Deorny if he/she was in that main chamber. Or is Deorny somewhere else?
It would be helpful, if your description included: -Min-max playtime. -Compability section (list of edited cells, npcs, etc). -Small sample of the voiced dialogue recorded INGAME. -Quest reward description. -Quest category description - Humor, Horror, Dark Fantasy, etc.
Where is the merchant? I've been everywhere in Morthal twice and can't find anyone out of the ordinary. Really wish the letter directing us to Morthal mentioned an establishment or something!
Edit: Nvm, I found him. For some reason I had a total brainfart and forgot that I could use a quest marker to find him, lol. Oops.

Somewhat confusing and made little sense to me, but this was a fun mod to play nonetheless: Endorsed!
