First of all this is an addon for Vampiric Thirst, this is a more detailed description of what it does...
- You will take sunlight damage at all stages however you can take cover when in shade (Light level 50 and below) - Removed the majority of sunlight debuffs so only the damage remains for simplicity - If you do not feed you will run out of vampiric power preventing use of most vampire related abilties - You now have a 50% weakness to fire as opposed to a 150% weakness - Frost resistance increases by 5% every vampire stage and caps out at 25% at "Bloodkin" stage - Necrotic Flesh now caps out at 50% Weapon Resistance and 50% Fire Resistance when Active - Removed Movement Speed Buff from all Vampire Ranks - Increased base Corpse Marionette effectiveness from a base level of 8 to 25 - Decreased Vampire Drain effectiveness significantly so it is less OP at higher levels - Increased Vampire Lord Drain effectiveness significantly so it is more useful at higher levels - Deadly Strength has been slightly reduced so It is not as overpowered. - Celerity Reduced from slowing time by 99% for 5 seconds to slowing time by 90% for 5 Seconds. - Several fixes to spelling errors within the vampire abilities menu - Fixed Vampire Lord sunlight bug where you would still gain the vampire lord's vanilla sunlight weakness as well as Vampiric Thirsts
Added 7 Vampire Lord perks
- Sanguine Domination > increases Vampire Lord life drain effectiveness by 25% - Sanguine Ward > Creates a Blood Red ward that deflects high Amounts of Damage - Blood Plague > Conjures a blood red orb of blood magic that will deal damage over time to those it hits - Summon Greater Gargoyle > Allows you to conjure a much stronger Gargoyle while in Vampire Lord form - Nightmare Rune > Conjures a powerful fear rune that scares away those near bye - Sustained Flight > When levitating in Vampire Lord form you are able to fly - Conjure Thunderstorm > once per day when outside you can call fourth a deadly thunderstorm that deals massive damage
Features such as sunlight damage can be adjusted in Vampiric Thirst's MCM Menu, personally I set it to 100 for the greatest level of Immersion...If you enjoy the changes from VTR then do leave an endorsement, also if you must ask the reason you have the ability to conjure a thunderstorm is based upon the mythological concept that powerful vampires are said to be able to control the weather.
If you plan on using Vampiric Thirst Redone with Requiem then there is a compatible version that I have created, this version is to be loaded directly after the Vampiric Thirst & Requiem patch by Miss Leeches which you should be using if you use both Vampiric Thirst and Requiem.
SOLUTION IF YOU FAIL TO FULLY TRANSFORM AND GET REPEATING RED HAZE:
You might have the PlayerVampireQuestScript.pex overriding correctly, but make sure no plugins override the properties set on that quest either, or it will still break. In other words, load mslVampiricDrain AFTER any other plugins that modify the PlayerVampireQuest.
In my case, even though RaceCompatability has a patch for VT, RaceCompatabilityUSKPOverride did not carry those changes over.
Late by a whole year but this instruction will be for MO2.
1. On the right side of MO2 panel, click on the "Data" tab. 2. There should be a search bar at the bottom, find it and type in "playervampirequest" 3. This will show all the playervampirequests scripts and which mod affects it. Find the mod that isn't Vampiric Thirst, go back to the plugins tab, move the Vampiric Thirst plugin under the plugin of a mod mod that has the playervampirequest script to "overwrite" it with Vampiric Thirst's playervampirequest script.
i doubt you still follow this but, i literally can not transform into a vampire lord, nothing happens like it wants to cause i cant open the character menu or anything, so i cant play vampire questline of dawnguard cause i cant transform into a vampire lord, so harkon just repeats over an over assume the mantle of the vampire lord, i tried progressing the questline but he still stood there saying the same thing and i could complete that quest because hes still telling me to transform . i have unistalled and reinstalled the mod but on either side i still cant transform with or without the mod.
is there any reason why the alchemy table at the Alchemist's Shack has been moved from it's default location? anyways uninstalling this mod moved it back to it's default location fyi.
I have a frustrated issue with this mod, the wolf and sabrecat turn friendly few second later in battle and become hostile randomly, same with muthcrab
Hello TX, i love Vampiric Thirst + Royal bloodlines mechanics, excelent mods for roleplay. But they are not compatible with Requiem 2.0, i think. I came here with a little request, can you make a patch between those two mods in order to work with Requiem 2.0?.
so i'm using this on vortex mod manger and when i activate it, it says "missing masters depends on mslVampiricThirst.esp what does this mean? i downloaded the SE version of course didn't think i needed any previous mods?
I got problems turning into vampire with this mod. the screen pulsates in red hue, trying to feed makes my character get stuck and I have to reboot. Better Vampire works fine.
I have tried uninstall, reinstall, keeping it last in load order, but it did not help. I guess there is some mod conflict

Is there a console command to get them to do that?
Thanks in advance.

Better Vampires has a fix for this, that's why it works fine.
