The nif version should already be usable as-is. The plugin version would need to be converted to Form 44 and made into a light plugin (a few clicks in the CK and/or xedit script).
I have been meaning to port it though. Perhaps I'll just go ahead and do that :P
Great fix for that annoying 'swirl'. I have already endorsed this two years ago. I wanted to return, post a comment about how this fixed the issue that was prevalent in so many mods I wanted to use but,couldn't. Thanks you for creating the fix and for sharing it!
Sorry I didn't mean "can i have permission to port", I meant can someone port this incredibly necessary mod. I wish I could but I lack the necessary experience and programs to do so.

omg finally picked up the atronach perk and the effects of it were completely annoying. Was alooking all over TES5Edit trying to find the spell. I was just about to give up when I found your mod. thank you so much for making this!
