   Can someone explain to me how to install this? I'm a dumb noob and I don't understand. Where is that folder exactly? I can't find it.

      You need to go into your data>meshes>CharacterMakingExtender>presets. I'm only now using ece so I'm not sure how to implement it in-game.

      go to your games folder, skyrim/cme_saves/ and put in there.
