Just Extract The files to (skyrim/Data) or whatever your game folder name

is just extract it in the Data folder Then open Your Game And Then Open The Console Using The Button (`) In QWERTY Keyboard or (2) Using AZERTY Keyboard (Not Sure About The AZERTY) Then Type (Bat Kareemshouts) ?Then Press (Enter Key) Then You Will Have All Shouts Added
