This house is really nice. Simple, clean, spacious. I can take my hoplite army or other NPCs into it. Also very good work with the bathing and with intim lights. Well, good job, me give endorsements. This mod, I highly recommend to other Dovahkins.
for some reason, all of my modded homes this one included it shows im trespassing, does anyone know a fix, if at least I had the cell id I could set ownership, thanks
A very nice home. The only home mod that I use. The only irritation is the low cost to acquire it. 7500 septims? It should be 30000 septims. Any tips on how I can change this myself using TES5Edit?
I am endorsing this because it is by far the BEST house for Morthal that I have ever seen! The interiors are beyond gorgeous and the size is perfect. Unfortunately, it is very much incompatible with JK's Morthal mod. (It's sunk into the ground, the door is almost entirely obscured, the smithy is utterly buried...) So if anyone uses JK's Morthal and is wondering if this is compatible, save yourself the heartache.
Should be fully compatible with JK's (I was using it), check if you have another mod that modifies the the land near by. You can also try putting this one lower in your load order.

I'll be honest with you, I am very much unsure exactly which mod was causing the issue. I reloaded the game ten different times, ticking off esps one by one, before I got disgusted and just zoomed the house's esp to the very bottom (I had the mod very low in the load order to begin with, which is why I was so puzzled). I do know it was affected by one of the many patches related to ELFX. It may have been one to go with the Immersive College of Winterhold, since I noticed that there was a college-related teleportation pad not too far from the house, but it may have been another ELFX patch entirely. Whatever it was, the house is now fully visible and functional, and my lighting still looks dark and brooding, so I am happy.
Love this house! I'm a house junkie, and I've been looking for a nice Morthal house for ages. You killed it! But it's so dim inside, I have to carry my latern around - even during the day. Is there a way to turn the lights up a bit?

Yep, I noticed that too. I'm keeping a backup of the follower version since I really like them. Hey skyrimlazz could you make those followers available again for those who might want them?
I second this! I downloaded MorthalHome on SSE and realized it was the same house from LE that had the cute followers, so I looked up the old Tempest ID and here we are. I guess I'll have to convert the old one to SSE for myself. but i thought those followers were pretty cute and added a little life to the place.
