Maybe someone else have already said this, but I'm too lazy to check all the comments... I've never played any games in the PS series, but I guess they have some "Sci Fi" feel. So I thought "Hey! That bow should look great with 'Sunnies Tracer Arrows'". I heard in some mod review on YouTube that he (the reviewer) wanted arrows to match or something like that.
Not to necropost or whatnot, and yeah this is ULTRA LATE as far as a reply...
But YES, such arrows would work PERFECTLY with that bow. The reason being, the bow produces arrows formed of compressed light photons in a crystalline state, then releases them as a mixed solid/energy projectile. Anything that looks energy like will work perfectly.
Shame this isn't being updated or supported anymore. The special ability of the Bloodskal Blade from Dragonborn is pretty much the exact same special ability as the Lavis Cannon. I'll have to crack open the CK to see how the BSB works, then apply it to the Lavis.
Also... to hell with those who say it's immersion breaking. I'll give an endorsement. For those who actually played PSO and subjected themselves to the torture of hunting a legit Lavis Cannon - I can think of no better trophy to hang on the weapon rack.
Those "fantasy" weapon are way too much out of Skyrim context for immersion, way too much over powered to have fun. I will definitely not endorse that.
Any chance of updates ever? I love PS weapons, and I'm even considering making some if I ever take up modeling. So yeah, just curious, b/c some 2h weapons would be awesome.

thse weapons somehow dont feel right.
Imagine killing a dragon with a lighsaber. Mixing jedies, Dovahkiins and phantasy star universes is weird
