Hey there! Thankyou for endorsing! Im sorry i was behind time for replying. I was too busy this last few months. Yes. Im glad this guide help you! Unfortunately i doesnt have the time to create the mod this past few months and but as promised i will still create it but dedicate it for the TES: Skyrim Special Edition this coming October.28,2016. i want to dedicate the said mod for the special edition bcause the special edition will require more PC Juice than the original skyrim. i will update everyone of you once i finished my future performance mod.

Thank you for the time you spent making that list of mods with their performance impact (it's hard to find how much impact scripted mods will have). I plan on playing a laptop with integrated graphics, and this will save a lot of testing time in the process of setting it up.

Yes, youre right about that. But I think its totally worth it if all those effort and time I spent creating this guide can help every one . Im very glad some people can appriciate this guide. Thanks to you too I recommend you to use texture compressing tool to save much more Vram for more smoother gameplay experience with your current graphics.

    Good stuff, take an endorsement!

-I run 250+ plugins at any one time and I'll be using this to fine tune settings and compatibility : D

Good to hear that, Dont forget the 255+ Skyrim ESP limit.
I just want to remind you that the mods in the list is not i repeat, NOT compatible with each other if youre about to use all of them at the same time. Which i think you probably know that already :) They are just but a guide for the players to choose properly and what to expect :)

Dont f@%&ng touch the vsync stuff. Keep it on at all times if you don't want crazy physics(mammothfalls, stepping on havoked stuff may kill your character, intro sequence going crazy), disappearing patches of water, swimming sounds when walking, time desync(time of day desync with npc schedules)... etc...etc... etc..

While I appreciate the effort and time it would have taken to compile this resource, I noted a number of inaccuracies while reading it that could result in unstable games for users who are relying on it to only list stable mods and be accurate in testing:

    - Many of these files are not compatible with each other which I don't see mentioned anywhere.
-Tweaking the papyrus ini settings in the skyrim ini files is considered very high risk due to the fact that the tweaks you have recommended effectively allow papyrus way to much processing of resources which can actually destabilize the entire scripting engine and cause numerous bugs. Changing these settings is not recommended and can break peoples games if they aren't careful
    - Some of the mods on your list have been superseded by more in depth alternatives you haven't mentioned (Dance of Death to Violens), and others are known to have major flaws, especially scripting ones (Crimson Tide is one example).
    - Your evaluations of the mods performance impact is also a bit confusing, Wet and Cold is not script heavy, its insanely well optimized and would not cause 8 fps loss by itself unless paired with other mods adding NPCs it will effect, and Immersive Citizens won't have any performance cost to FPS, only a small increase in memory usage, because it only adds new AI routines which are quite light to process comparatively to much of the other stuff you have marked with one > .
    - Some of your performance impact evaluations are also comparatively inaccurate, for example JKs Skyrim is more intensive to your FPS then ETaC

I think it's great that people spend time to make references like this, but more research needs to be done about information already in the community relating to stability particularly before this can be accurate enough to be widely useful due to these small but problematic errors.

      Firstly, Thankyou for Appriciation.

-Yes, They are NOT compatible with each other. Though that wasnt the purpose of the list. The list was made for users to pick mods which are for them and for easier peek of performance they should expect.
-I carefully researched on skyrim papyrus setting. Yes it is a high risk changing its values BUT I only altered the Maximum time for scripts to be loaded which can help prevent stuttering but in the cos tof slightly longer loading times.
-You are right about that. Hours ago, I accidentally deleted this page. Then i just reposted it forgotting to Remove those again.
-Weird but i get high script count and Wet and Cold is always active since it monitor coldness and have a script on NPC Behavior when raining and Snowing. Not using it with frostfall prevented CTD for me and greatly reduced scripts.
-I dont know about that but on the Tested PC. (EX: im in whiterun)
Jk`s Skyrim Have only 4-6 FPS hit while ETaC Severely Hurts my performance 8-11 FPS. Jk`s Skyrim only add Clutther and Some retextures ( Retextures i encountered was the Sky Forge place only ) And ETaC on the other hand Add Addtional Buildings and Stalls.

Its Good to hear that. Nobody really got to time for just about everything nowadays. This is just the First Version and i added a reminder for everyone not to expect 100% results like mine and i also added a message on the bottom that i will update this page as long as i can

...And Thankyou for my first endorsement

Thanks for the reply. Always nice to see people taking the critique and accepting it

      - Thanks for the clarification about compatibility. I know myself that that's part of the list, the only part was that it wasn't explicitly listed on the page, and someone will just assume these are the mods you are using and grab them all. And yeah, I suppose part of that is the whole matter of you can't account for everyone's lack of knowledge, but I just like to close the loop holes

      - The problem with papyrus is more that these settings affect the entire engine processing. By adding more time to the scripting functions you are stripping away processing time from the rendering, ai calculation, background and other layers of the engine that also need to process their functions before a frame can be executed. Especially with upping Papyrus memory, you are upping how much papyrus is allowed to store and remember at any one time, and Papyrus is not a stable system so this can badly affect the overall stability of memory functions for the game, not to open up the risk for scripting bugs if this memory stack gets output badly. If you are going to keep those recommendations in your page I would at least recommend you put a strong warning above them about the potential risks

      - Wet and Cold uses an alias function for most of its core systems, and everything on a timer runs really sporatically and cleans up after itself very well with very efficient code. I wrote more about it here if you want to read it: https://www.reddit.com/r/skyrimmods/comments/4bm8ji/wet_and_cold_this_mod_is_not_resource_intensive/ It's certainly not as intensive as a system like Frostfall (also worth noting, the new frostfall is several seconds faster then the old one, so if you checked the old one it may be worth rechecking that), and is definitely not as intensive as something running complex mathematics on a look like some of the combat mods etc. The singularly biggest thing you can do to add to the performance hit Wet and Cold will have is add additional NPCs into your game, which will affect a number of mods.

      - The modules of JKs Skyrim give me on average between the towns on a vanilla game a 20 FPS hit. ETaC gives me about 15 comparatively because even though it adds structures it uses much less complicated aesthetic object stacking and less models overall which results in less processing for effects like shadows and anti aliasing. Keep in mind, this is also affected by other mods you have and its also hugely affected by the fact that the towns are really poorly optimized from Bethesda's standpoint which means there's very specific spots in each town that have a much higher impact then others, and even certain camera directions, even when running around, can greatly affect the output of results. If you want I can go back through my notes I took when doing JKs Lite and provide you with the exact most intensive spots for each town if you want to get a more solid reading

You`re welcome. i agree with you.

-What i meant with not enough knowledge here is for those new players who just discovered skyrim this year 2016, This can help them choose without freaking out what to choose between thousandsa of mods for skyrim like me when i recently dicovered Skyrim mods years ago
      ( I was like * Whaaaaaaaaat?* ). I understand.

-Yes youre right about that i should probably added warnings on my papyrus settings, But i assure everyone it not that dangerous like those who altered memory settings. I use those line in my new clean save with over 200+ Hours of gameplay for now and no stability issues plus it solved my problem about stuttering .I will add warning for it. Thankyou for your suggestion

-Well i knew about the stable update of Wet and Cold which is now more stable and faster. I forgot to tell you, This is the list of populating mods i used with Wet and Cold and Frostfall.
      LIST:
      -Populated Cities and Villages
      -Inconsequential NPC
      -Interesting NPC
      -Travellers of Skyrim
-And some other populating mods i cant recall ( Enemy Spawn mods NOT included on list )
I see your steam post and its nice. I will keep it in mind and i will retest them.

-As for Jk`s Skyrim and ETaC, I already tested both of them on 2 different PC`s Already and just gave me some Results. Thanks for your offer to help. If you want, You can send me those so i got more results from other PC which can help me if you got time Later i will retest both of them ( No other mods ) on a new game and test every cities and make new comparison one by one. Maybe my other mod affects them.

      But, Consider this.
This results i presented is the exact result which came out on my really really old pc. Put it like this. If my old PC can run JK`s Skyrim 29Fps Avg when in cities and 25Fps Avg with ETaC how much more with todays gamer who commonly own HD7000 and GTX 900 will have? Ofcourse they will feel less result. The point is i only got this kind of fps for a very low end card , but for those today gamer will probably have 1-3FPS hit only. I adjusted it for everyone with both low-End and High-End which is pretty hard to explain. because there are still who love their old cards and play with them ( i knew someone ) and dont want them to feel left out because the majority of mods needs shiny hardwares. Plus i adjusted this list for the Low-End players who have troubles on modding not knowing some of their mods are burdening their PC. This Guide is really for Low-End PC player that can help them but will only act as a guide for High-End PC gamer ( Mods Reviewing ). I hope you understand because its really complicated to explain

well since it's my job (well almost ... since my livingroom looks like the back office of a computershop )

" Never let your GPU Heat up above 50 celsius or else, Performance will suffer. I experimented with the HD5450 while on whiterun and monitored it."
nope ... it's probably true for the 5450 but a 5450 is under the minimum of the minimum for Skyrim (unmodded and with settings at lowest ) tested it in Whiterun with a GT730 (which perf wise is around a R7-240, slightly above the 5450 which is only a "display adapter" and is only worth it for excel or web browsing)

most modern card can handle 60 to 80°C without throttling issues (how you call perf loss )

"CPU - Clean Fans and Reaplly Thermal Paste, No OC needed."
half... yes and nope : cleaning fan yes, reapplying thermal component is not needed (OC on the opposite is ..., specially with a i5-650)

otherwise, good thing for low end pc's (i ran Skyrim 255 mods mild settings in 1080p with kinda same settings on a C2D E8500 @3.9 4gb DDR2 800 and a 8800Ultra 768mb like that, now ... well none of my comp needs that. ) i would endorse it if i still needed it and downloaded it
