   this mod is not standalone as it is loading the default face msn and etc textures, hence face discoloration. these textures are not even included in your mod.
   I suppose when you did this mod you took a wrong previous standalone follower as a template, a lot of people do this mistake lately

      Yep. I wouldn't mind pathing oversights (since that's a pretty easy nifskope edit). But not even supplying the textures is a no-no.
