Thank You for this I've been through the learning all of them the hard and vanilla way when I first played on console so when I played on PC I was always ignoring potion crafting until I found this mod don't mind grinding alchemy skill just not learning vanilla ingredients.
It works for all vanilla records. If by "modded alchemy ingredients" you mean existing vanilla ingredients that were altered then yes it works. If you mean ingredients added by mods then they won't be affected.
