Ah, wasn't quite what I wished for. I've been wondering why there's no land route from Windhelm to Winterhold. Always when I have walked I had to go through harbour and climb over wall corner stones or many times jump from bridge into icy river and start walking towards Winterhold once you've beached. Surely there's not any commercial route for carriages to use and there's no harbour in Winterhold so sea travel option is out also.
So I've been wishing for mod that punches through Windhelm's wall and makes extra gate for travelling northwards. This would seem to be best route. http://imgur.com/a/8b5it Couple other options too. Straight north past Hjerim, or through eastern wall from steps to harbour.
Could you do this kind of mod? Please. Perhaps add another player home (or shady merchant dealing with stolen goods) beside new gate if that's where your specialization lies

When the file has a white headline (no link) you can assume you cannot download via NMM yet. It happens a lot with newly posted files and its something in the Nexus backend like virus scan or whatever.
All you can do is wait until later. File works now
