Why don't you just turn off the "Enable bounty perk of foraging" in the hunterborn MCM. Since Requiem already increases the ingredients gathered from plants this perk in Hunterborn is redundant and disabling it fixes the issue.
Bounty (number ingredients gathered from a plant) and Botany (number of properties discovered by eating an ingredient) are two different perks, and disabling the former doesn't affect the latter apparently.
