I believe that Skyrim Landscape Overhaul by C0331 AKA privata conflicts somewhat with this; When I went to check it out trees were clipping through, not enough to make some areas useless but it could get rather annoying especially if you like the hot tub.
Well, I'm not one for player homes but have recently decided that I should download one or two, since the base game and addon's houses are dull.
First thing that drew me in... "a kick ball that can be kicked or moved with an archery shot or shouts"
I don't know about anyone else, but I'm certainly downloading this specifically for that kick ball! Though I can see my time playing Skyrim being occupied with moving a kick ball around while childishly giggling in real life... Downloading!!! <3
Great Job - fun mod for sure, I really like the keep layout. I hope you develop the outside area with stables and such, look forward to future stuff, this mod is a keeper. Thanks for the super work.
You're welcome, glad you like it. Certainly one of my favorite creations because I get to experience the weather in real time and the ball is fun to play with. I enjoy rolling it down the stairs.
I don't have much room for exterior additions unless I use another cell. Perhaps in the future??
That's a very lovely mod, but it requires DLC's and the file size is pretty large at 43,130kb while this mod is only 129kb's ... plus there are only 3 custom scripts in this mod while Elysium Estate probably has dozens. From my experience, less scripts used means better game stability, speed and overall performance and you can use more mods.
Less a tip than a statement that you will lose a large audience as Elysium is one of the the most popular and long standing player homes used, me being one of those people. Will check out the mod but will never be a dedicated game home as Elysium is in every play through I do.
To reach a larger audience you might consider locating to be compatible with Elysium.

Really unique home, I like it alot. Only compaint is the overlap with Elysium and a strange seam between the two tables. Odd seam flicker right in the middle of the table and floor under the candles when facing the wall.
Losing an audience due to Elysium Estate doesn't really matter to me. It's a genius mod for sure, but this one is for people who like large and spacious abodes and who have quite a few followers. I really hate getting stuck in doorways with followers who won't move! This mod is also great for people with no DLC's.
I normally used elysium as well together with sephina the huntress her home and cannabis skyrim. I only installed elysium to occupy some empty space there though. This home is a nice change. There are many mods that take up this space. One I can think of is project flintlock.
Seems like most other mods are compatible! whiterun extanded, Etac market, sephina, Draven Manor cannabis skyrim and even flintlock (sort of).
