It's a bit tedious, but you can update it in TES5Edit. You can find the English location names under the Spell entry's EFID, and I think all you need to change are the names and descriptions under Spell and Book. That's what I'm trying.
UPDATE: I completed a playthrough with this change and had no issues, it takes less than 10 minutes, just make sure you're only changing the Name and Description entries under Spell and Book.
Also ich hab da ab und ann nen Bug gehabt, dass ich irgendwie in der Welt stehe und schwebe, aber wenn man dann in ein Gebäude geht b.z.w meditiert, geht das ganze wieder weg.
Ne andere Frage: funktioniert der Zauber auch dann, wenn ne TP Rolle eigentlich nicht gehen sollte?
