For anyone whose interested in submitting images of their homes decorated. I would love to post them. Feel free to upload them by clicking on the "Add Images" tab. I'll need to verify them but I'll try and quickly do so, once i see that they are submitted.
This is such a nice location. Just cant beat a place on the water in the Rift. Nice view. Im working on the outside adding items, and a dock with boat. I'll add some photos soon. Then start on the inside of the home. Really like this home. Thank you!
Nah nah, I'm the navmesh queen ;P Gonna get that interior all furnished, navmesh inside and out, and I'll have me and my guys a nice little dwelling Ought to endorse this and Effie's while I'm here. It's been fun furnishing them so far!
Well if you have any questions or anything about it I'm certainly happy to help! It's pretty easy once you do it a few times, just a bit tedious, especially with exterior cells since those have a few extra rules and need a bit more of the kid-glove sort of treatment. Interiors are super hard to go wrong with, so I'm sure your first one worked out fine
I am downloading all of your houses because I like them and agree with you that many player house mods are overdone. So far I have nine of yours. Looking forward to the remaining two. This will give me an opportunity to learn how to mod by adding furnishings and navmesh.
Few of the player house mods I have found located between Rorikstead and Dragon's Bridge or closer to Markarth are like yours. Do you have something planned for either of those areas? I realize I could learn to move them in the Creation Kit. Just thought I would ask.
By the way, your link to Home Construction and Decoration actually points to Jaxonz Positioner. That is a very handy mod, but I am going to add the portable crafting mods, too.

How do you get funriture and stuff for the house? Do I have to make it my self or buye it somewhere? I have donwloaded you`re other house mods to I and I love them how they are buildt.

With this you can copy or pick up items you find on your travels and place them where you want.
