I tried this mod and it doesn't work for me. I tried dismissing my original house carl, asked another to follow me, I couldn't get rid of her steel armour (it didn't show up in her inventory), so I dismissed her, found the original on the way home (already in the steel armour), asked her to follow again, and again I couldn't get rid of her armour.
Wait so if I give them armour, dismiss them, go to a different location, save load multiple times or whatever... they'll still be wearing the same armour? They won't just remove it and keep it in their inventories?
Well I cant change stupid bethesda behaviour lol, Dismissing them might be another thing entirely. They might take precedence over the armor since there outfit is nothing but you might just be left with a naked housecarl to stare at.
