I added 4 images for your approval. I think this works best with an ENB, which tones down the brightness. However, the textures still look a bit flat. Other than that I really like the armor and think it could work well with Frostfall if it could be given the same warmth properties as the vanilla fur armor. Fur shoes would be a nice addition also. Bare toes in snow get frostbite easily, lol.

For headgear, a hood from the Winter is Coming Cloaks mod works fine.

(Oops, I realized one image is a duplicate. If you approve these, delete the extra.)

I will approve them, Thankyou for the images and adding a helmet, Making the armor brightless Is right now beyonde my skill for I am just starting. Just tried to make a green archery outfit and it looked like a green fruit rollup lol need to get blender again and start training on making my very own meshes and textures and maps which will take some time to learn.

Anyways glad you like the armor.

What I really want to do with the feet is add a white socklike texture but ive tried using white on it and it turns out skincolor, Anyone know the .dds file that controls the skin part of the prisoner wraps?.

I do not know what any products in your ESP, but I did all normalmap completely dark alpha, unfortunately gloss has not been eliminated, the first time with this encounter, you are incorrect, armor uses meshes Vanilla so? May need cubemap, in any case, I did normalmap in a form to eliminate shine, but it does not work, check ESP

Why do you play with your brightness all the way up? It looks terrible. The armor looks intriguing though.

Monitor brightness settings don't affect screenshots. I'm talking about ingame brightness. Settings>display>brightness.

Yeah Exactly my point, Game looks too dark to even play because of my hdtv brightness.

Turn up the HDTV and turn down Skyrim. All of the screenshots in my files are minimum brightness.

still no normalmap? try -Njob- normal map generator, is excellent for accurate normalmap, suitable for armor, Gimp is also free software has a great add-ons and plug '' insanebump '' to normalmap, and built normalmap, very nice work, I greet!) if you want, write in the evening, you will send Mediafire, ready software!)

You can download a free program DXTBMP (I am using it to preview and sometimes to write DDS) opened in the PROGRAM and saves as: the name of your texture _n dds, for example dragonbone_n (dds) must always watch the original Vanilla files to know whether normalmap has alpha channel or not, if you do not want to gloss alpha channel you have to do absolutely '' black '' I'm sorry to write off late, but long I'm at work, if you have any questions, please help!)

I have nothing against other programs, but huge opportunities has Gimp, I use Photoshop, because I have, unfortunately fee, but for me is unparalleled and extremely intuitive and really easy to work and study in about four months mastered PS (of course not everything, because PS tools offer thousands, yes, thousands of combinations)

I've never used this program, some surprise me light settings? , Tried normalmap do in Njop? This one click, you have the slider, you set the '' depth '' but generally in this program should be a minimum, without combinations do normalmap in 1 minute

so, proper maintenance program, the program will do the normal map, the only thing you can do is to set the '' depth '' normalmap, the rest done by the program

It has a few options i dont completely understand light direction and height seem to get rid of the light problem pretty good.

      theres increase exponent
      decrease exponent
      light spread

What are the boots/shoes the woman is wearing? Or wait I guess those are the ragged shoes...prisoners shoes? You know the ones I mean.

Anyway I said before nice job, and I'm glad to see this one, too. All this needs is a bit of normal map action to get rid of the smooth shininess (unless that's your kick, which is fine).

Yes they matched the outfit nicely and gave a quiet step feel to the armor and I would do so if I knew what normal map action was lol opening my mind and trying new things

It's a good thing to do

Here's where I learned to make normal maps with Photoshop: http://saschahenrichs.de/midsizedocs/nvidiatut.html

Ideally you want to bake them out in a rendering program, but the Photoshop method worked out for me just fine, and the tutorial helps clue you in on how you can tweak things to give you a better result. Good luck!

Aw damn! I know Paint.NET has a normal map plugin, but unfortunately I know nothing about it.

Either way you go about it though, I'm sure it'll come out great

Can you ask somebody, a friend, a nice moder, to make some example pictures with higher resolution?
