I found a bug. The requisite perk for Lord's Presence is set as Corpse Curse and Vampire's Seduction is tied to Supernatural Reflexes (they need to be switched). I would've fixed it myself, but for some reason, I can't save modifications to the esp in either TES5Edit or Creation Kit. Can you do something about that?
Sorry for the delay. I don't check here very often unless I'm actively playing Skyrim, but I'm currently playing sims. Anyway, Floating Healthbars by expired6978: http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/58728
Comparing them in Tes5Edit reveals that Better Vampires does in fact change some of the perks and spells, including the Vampire Lord's Drain Life spell (it removes the Daedra restriction?). However, they do not alter the same scripts or quests. So, you should theoretically be able to use them together.
The one loaded later will have its perk changes take effect. If Better Vampires is loaded after this mod, then the Vampire Lord's Drain Life spell will NOT count toward the Power of Blood perk, and because it happens to alter Night Cloak, you probably won't be able to get Night Cloak (2). Power bites should still function normally, but the Power of Blood perk will be severely hampered.
I would suggest loading this one last, because the only thing Better Vampires seems to be doing where they conflict is make the spells scale to higher levels, so it's unlikely to break that mod.
