Invisibility Glitch - Eye fix is the mod I use, because my load order is based on Step extended with an addition of a lot of mod.
I will try to make patches for the two mod regardless of the one i use.
For the moment I make patches for mod that are in my current load order, but i'm open to users' request.
I'm trying to learn how to edit meshes for custom race or follower that don't use vanilla meshes, if I success, i will add them here too (if I can have author permission).
nice work. there's only one mod in my load that isn't patched and need it: "mysticism - a magic overhaul" https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/105440 it's for the shadowmask spell which grants both muffle, and invisibility. personally i use the multifix, so maybe the problem is different or don't exist for the invisibility glitch - eyes fix...
Really hope this one works for me. Would there be any problem if I use multiple patches at once without merging the patches together? I'm using apocalypse, ordinator, RDO and EFF, so I need 4 patches on this page working all together. Btw, thank you so much for your patches. I haven't tried it yet but this is like my last hope to fix thosed horrible eye glitches in my game.
A bit confused here. It states to use only one of the glitch fix mods - Jim's or Gambits - but CACO's patch uses the invisibility Eyes Fix.esp while the others use the multifix. So, is there really going to be too much conflict or should I just change the master?
Caco patch is for invisibility Eyes Fix.esp (by KingsGambit), you can't change the master because they don't use same script and same method to fix this problem. You must choose between them.
Would you mind writing a small tutorial on how to actually do this, Sthaagg? I'm at a loss in the CK when it comes to scripts/spells/magic effects. The original instructions on the main page for the fix are a little hard to follow.
For patch like these, it is easy to do, i just use TESVEdit, CK is not needed.
You need to open original mod (invisibility eye fix), select a magic effect from it (for example invisibility). If you look carefully and compare with original one from skyrim.esm, you will see a new script attached to the spell (take a look at the first picture uploaded). If you want to add it to another invisible effect (like i did here), you must select a magic effect from invisibility eye fix then a one from the mod you want to alter (you need to press "ctrl" ), do a right click and choose compare selected. After that, you just need to drag and drop the script to the other one (TESVEdit will ask to add insibility eye fix as a master). As you can see on the second picture, the first magic effect have no script so you need to drag & drop the entire VMAD record, the second one already has a script attached, so you only need to drag the script.
After some trial and error, I've also managed to figure out how to patch my mods into this. So thanks from me as well for the helpful guide. I've been searching everywhere trying to fix this issue for all my invisibility mods. I wonder, however: could I mark all of these as mergeable into the bashed patch, rather than trying to merge them with Merge Plugins, which I can't seem to make work?
...off-topic but I deducted you're using EFF on your STEP build? I'm trying to decide on a follower mod but read so many reports of bugs due to EFF's polling script that handles follower outfits and outfit containers.
I didn't use it anymore, EFF works as intended when I used it, but i don't like to have more than two followers. Most of the time i play with Inigo and an another one (Vilja or Mrissi).
think you can make a patch for Better vampires mod? I need one for that because my khajiit vampire character for some reason has no eyes and it kind of creeps me out.
Thanks for the patches. I am seeing in tes5edit that the original esp for invisibility eye fix conflicts with sacrosanct. Will a patch be provided for that as well?

I hope it will help you.
Would you recommend EFF over ATF and UFO?
