   Might I suggest a change in names for the powers? The current ones seem kind of generic, so I think some more unique titles would do your mod a load of justice. I've always liked the idea of a Black Knight style setup, and it's great to see someone make a mod that works towards that.

   Blood King > Brutal Force
   
   Blood Rage > Blood Lust
   
   Blood Refuge > Final Stand
   
   Blood Rejuvenate > Second Wind

      Also if someone could look into why the npc doesnt sell the notes I would appreciate it, Im completely stumped to why its not working.
