This is just too much all at once. My suggestion is pick out a couple of the tattoos that you like and place them carefully. Just because one tattoo is cool doesn't mean it's cool with all the others. Fact is it looks pretty tacky with that amount. Not sexy. It's like batman next to an angel next to a peace sign, what? It's fine for a first mod, but I encourage you to pick a theme for the future and try again. I believe you can make something good out of this!
Uhh, no. Not everyone uses custom races. Thing is, they can cause certain...problems with other mods. I used to use a custom race myself, but I decided that it wasn't worth the hassle.
