   Found it..however I don't steal things. When you get there...its said "steal Dawnbraker" Sorry, I just don't steal things.

      Then open the console, click on it, and then type in "setownership" or something like that without the quotes, and hit enter. Now you don't have to steal it! Also, your policy of not stealing probably makes it hard to do the Thieves Guild questline. If you've never done it, I feel bad for you.

      I know about the "setownership" and tried it right away...didn't work! which I thought was quite odd as it does work on most item..especially horses!
      
      OK.figured it out....take sword...move away from the shrine...in the middle of the floor...drop the sword, and use the "setownership" and that works!

      I am confused. You do not steal but you do cheat. I would have thought that having to live with the consequences of not stealing would be part of the profile of such a PC or why bother?
