Before calling a mod 'silly', check your facts mate. SMIM does indeed add some textures (in fact, depending on which options you select during SMIM installation, it can end up installing more than 500MB worth of textures). The installer itself mentions it, but if you don't believe me check your Data\Textures folder, there should be a 'smim' folder there, with all the textures that SMIM nif files point to. My mod just replaces 4 of them.
Brumbek always puts texture paths to Cold Harbor or even worse. My meshsmooth version just links to default paths and I use a nice retexture there so you can test the model clutter\food\apple01.nif & \apple02.nif http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/79813
tested and they look great very colorful will probably look too much for people with "extreme" ENBs tough, I use a vanilla-like one so it's ok since you check this mod kevkas thanks for ABT too I'm using it right now
Glad you like ABT, always nice to hear people still use it.
Yes, probably will be a bit too much if people use extreme ENBs, I'm just using ENBoost to improve the game but without the graphics turned on, and I just boost them a bit with FXAA and that's it, these apples should look closer to what people see in the screenshots if they have a similar setting.
