Swap out that terribly heavy DOF for something more subtle and add some sharpening, this could be one of my favorites.

As for DoF, you could disable it in the in-game enb settings menu and use Dynavision instead. It's customizable, so you can tweak that until you really like it. The sharpening might be something you have to do yourself in the enb's ini file, but it couldn't be that hard.

I am a little new to installing enb. Which files from your folder get copied over to the skyrim folder for install?

Drop the files inside the "in game folder" in your Skyrim folder

Okay. This is a slightly complicated process.
Step 1: Go to http://enbdev.com/download_mod_tesskyrim.html and download the applicable version (most of the time the newest version, but preset authors will tell you otherwise if they have to.) of the enb binary files. Open up the folder "wrapperversion" and drop the contents of that into your main Skyrim folder. Most mods are installed in the data folder, but enb files are dropped directly into the main Skyrim folder.
Step 2: Download your favorite enb preset. You can find tons of these on the Nexus. They range from dark and moody to hyperrealistic to oversaturated and beautiful.
Step 3: For this preset, take the contents of the "in game folder" folder and drop them into your main game folder, overwriting when prompted. Ignore the "my pics" folder. Those are screenshots of the mod in action.
Step 4: This preset includes two conventional mods in the "this install with manager" folder. Install them with Mod Organizer or with Nexus Mod Manager (whichever you prefer. NMM is easier, but MO is much better otherwise.)
Step 5: There are a whole host of changes you have to make to your ini files for enb to function properly. If you don't make these changes, the game will appear extremely buggy. Make sure to turn off antialiasing of any kind in the game's launcher, and follow the instructions in the readme for the enb files.

Why not download it and test it out on a clean install?

You don't know what an ENB preset does?

Unfortunately, this isn't just a preset. This guy has gone ahead and included the enb binaries as well, which is strictly forbidden on the enb dev website. He needs to fix this or this mod will be removed altogether, wonderful preset included.

If what lued123 says is true I recommend you remove the binaries or there could be issues,Feliz

Yay! I'm glad you fixed that. It would be awful if this preset just vanished because of an honest mistake. Personally I won't use it because it's just not my kind of thing (I like a dark, moody Skyrim), but it does look really good and I'm sure other people will enjoy it.
Edit: The description could still use some work, but it's definitely better than it was before.

    Your ENB is "ultra realistic"?

Why i see "Lens Flare"? only a camera can see a lense Flare

Remove the lense flare and you can realy name it ultra realistic.

But all in one a great work.

You can remove it yourself , it is very simple. I finally add that effect.
But first download , it is better than the photos ...

It looks good, but it's gonna get removed if you don't take out those binary files...
