It's something my sister did. It's the Mythic Dawn armor from Oblivion. Can't upload it anywhere because Bethesda would get their panties in a bunch and the Nexus would ban me. Since the Razor is part of the Mythic Dawn cult just as much as Mehrunes' artifact, I thought wearing the armor would be appropriate for screenshots. In one of my saves I have Marcurio wearing the Mythic Dawn robes while he follows me around.
Nice mod, though I'm just curious about one thing. Does this mod make the weapon into a sword, or is it a dagger that now looks like a sword? This matters since certain perks are for specific types of weapons.
It's a sword, not just a long dagger. It uses sword anims, the One Handed skill, and has "WeapTypeSword" as a keyword. The mesh has "WeaponSword" in it so the game knows its a sword.
Tracking this for sure. I use your sister's other sick weapons, Demonsbane & The Phantom Mageblade, which has the hilt of Mehrunes Razor. Both are excellent weapons & I'll eagerly await the time when this can be obtained after completing Pieces of the Past. Tracking for now & thanks for sharing. Peace.
I'll tell her you're a fan when she wakes up. She's sleeping right now, our family has a long history of insomnia and I'm not an exception. I looked at the Phantom mageblade and the only difference I noticed was it uses part of Keening. I'm not sure where she learned how to do this, she's extremely enthusiastic about it. She built an FTP server in the living room so we can share files. She helped quite a bit with this, she had me do everything from scratch except the textures. I don't think I'll do anything near as cool as what she's done but I want to make a replica of the Lagiacrus armor from Monster Hunter.
I hope you two will work on a unique enchanted dagger at some point too. I have both Demonsblade & The Phantom Mageblade, as previously stated. I even helped your sister fix a bug with Demonsbane that was causing a CTD in-game to boot. Looking forward to the day when Mehrunes Razor can be upgraded to this sick piece of work. By the way, whenever you guys make Mehrunes Dagger upgradeable to this, you should make it to where it can only be upgraded at the Skyforge in Whiterun. The Skyforge is said to be magical & capable of forging items not craftable anywhere else in Tamriel. Just a suggestion to keep in mind. Peace.
