SirWolfybuns , i had your ultimate edition downloaded and now see its saids its broken i found that out today when i was at race menu created my character noticed missing hands , i contacted roland113 earlier i was writing in his post found out problem when testing mods when i disable your patch my hands reappeared when i went back in to try new game
Wouldn't it be easier to patch the race itself instead of the armour containing files?
It took me some time to dig it up, but here's 'Armor and Clothing for Kids' for example: http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/56670/ (Basically edits the child races to be able to wear stuff.)
By the way now I wanna play with a pred and listen to how handsome he is... thanks... XD
I'm not sure about easier, but I'll definitely look into that. If it's possible for this particular race, that would definitely be preferable.
Edit: Unfortunately, the method used in the mod you pointed me to isn't going to work for this particular race mod. Predators - The Lost Tribes is just too complicated as far as how many new items and races it adds for the method work. I'll continue scouring the files in Xedit and if I ever figure out the magic way to patch the race as opposed to the armors, I'll make sure to post it here.
Yeah, there's a lot of Predator armor, not to mention the amount of races involved. The Predator and Bad Bloods would be easy, but the Super Predator (the one I'm partial to) would be near impossible. And that's not even mentioning the decapitation models and the like.
Sadly, beyond my abilities unless there's some glaring simple way to solve the problem that I'm not seeing.

Still one .esp and a lot less armor to patch then otherwise.
