   i downoad the 1.7.1 translation,but when i start my game,it shows the bsa is 1.7.0.Will this affect my game?
   (i don't know how to insert a picture.....when i load my save.there is a message "the esm and the bsa don't match,the esm is 1.7.1 but the bsa is 1.7.0"

   -Translator is allowed to translate esp/esm without my permission.
   -Translator is allowed to upload translated esp/esm in any site. (You should specify version of esp/esm)
   -Translator is allowed to upload BSA with my permission.
   
   
   I don't know why u said 9damao is stealling ur translation. Original author totally allows everybody to translate and repost to any websites.

      I think VICN means upload by the translator himself/herself to any sites... not third people and so called "transporting" to baidu or somewhere.

      The announcement means that translators THEMSELVES can upload the translation to wherever they want, others can't just copy it and put it elsewhere don't you get it? It's like finishing your paper and professor told you that you can publish it, but someone else just stole it and published it without YOUR permission, this is a crime. Should been clear enough.
