Combine this mod with Weather Control (Dawnguard) https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/75592?tab=files&file_id=1000206652&nmm=1 Set weather to Hjaalmarch Foggy, light, heavy rain to blend sky and land effect.
There is also Oblivion Weather Control which I set to Foggy as it covers up the leading edge of the grass and trees.
Thank you for this, I can finally hide my ugly LODs! I tested this for SE, using obsidian weathers and it works fine, just need to convert the plugin using creation kit.
Just wondering - how'd you get it to look more see-through like in the screenshots? And I used the TLL command, but it caused all fog to disappear, too. I am using a few lighting mods (surreal lighting, colorful lights - no shadows, disable HDR), but no weather ones. I am seeing the fog, but it's an opaque gray.

Weird. Looks like black iron poles.
EDIT: I just have tested it... mine stuck at dragon logo when hitting "new game"
