I wonder, is it compatible with Holds The City Overhaul?
Also, I'd like to know if it does have a loading screen or not - it says so in the comment below, but in the screenshots the windows seem to be "see through" like it was an exterior home, so I am a bit confused...
I have no idea if it's compatible with Holds, I've never used that mod. It does have a loading door...the windows are see-through, but the view outside them is faked.
Love this tree-home a lot. It does have a brief loading screen even though it wasn't made clear in the comments since some people say that it's a non-loading screen home. It's no biggie to me since the home is worth it!
I do have the issue with the floating ladder. It's not game-breaking since you can still target the ladder and get into the home. It's just a bit funny, is all
But a really nice player home - thanks for making!
Aw man....I completely forgot about fixing that ladder! I'm currently finishing up a new house, but as soon as I get it uploaded, I'll do a quick fix on this one. Should have everything done sometime this weekend.
Just what I was looking for. The only thing I miss is a bit more physics realism. I mean, some crossed trunks below the wooden platforms. Anyway, thank you very much. Endorsed.
Because of gaming, whenever I read "treehouse", I think of Kelethin from Everquest. So I'm always disappointed when treehouse mods look absolutely nothing like my preconceived notions...
...until now.
Nice job! Especially on that platform built around the tree. If that were one big asset I'd copy and paste that all over a heavily wooded area with Jaxonz Positioner and make my own tree town. But alas it's like 50 different planks (exaggeration)...I bet that took a while to create.
Thank you! I had thought about making a much bigger treehouse city (the platform was my favorite part), but my modding time has been rather limited lately.
Best treehouse mod I've seen so far. Too bad some containers are static. Also, for some reason my character tends to get "stuck" in the bed area (I have to walk for a while before he actually moves).
All of the containers and furniture doors/drawers should be functional, except the sack near the fireplace. The strongbox on the headboard is a little twitchy to target properly.
I'll have to go dance around by the bed and see what the issue is.
They should add a extra catagory to player homes that require no loading screens when entering. Imo that are the best house mods available, the way light goes arround in these houses is just magic. Anyway nice work! will give it a kudo after i sit out the 15 minutes.

- changed the bed blanket texture
- made the cot on the porch able to be toggled on/off - just click on the basket
- fixed the floating ladder and added some support beams under the platform
- tweaked the interior lighting

Bravo on this mod!

this looks cool ,but I read in the readme here 5 hearfire thingy.
I don't use heartfire won't I be able to use this tree house?
