I adore this little mod. Anything that adds some more life to the game is a must-have for me, but the attention to detail in this little Loreius Farm add-on in particular is wonderful. I know the creator of this mod closed their account/left this mod, but after exploring this settlement thoroughly, I had to leave a compliment.
Wow, that mod just figuratively blew my mind. A very well done mod with tons of functionality and useful add-ons for travellers. And it's just hop skip and jump from Hjelirachen Hall, that was previously in the middle of nowhere. Definitely gonna use it in my next playthrough.
im gonna try to recreate the issue on a new save but I figured id come here and describe it first just in case..
I had a minor CTD after sneaking into the Loreius farm house and stealing things (I think it was a potion of vigor that I got caught with but I didn't actually take much, some bread and wine really.) He (and his wife) got out of bed and I had a CTD. Previous to stealing anything I saved (while in sneak inside the house.) Upon loading THAT save, I CTD. I reloaded a save outside the farmhouse before entering/stealing anything, waited till morning, they came outside, completed Delayed Burial as normal.
its almost def probably on my end and I'm currently using Go to Bed and Better Stealing which are the only things I could even think about effecting this in such a manner. regardless, this is always gonna be a staple in my load order. its one of the BEST things to walk up to Whiterun, get the Delayed Burial quest trigger rumor and then head there to do that quest and explore the town, it will never get old for me. thank you (for this and just your mods in general.)
EDIT: as I thought your mod had ZERO to do with the CTD. I actually think it was from Wet and Cold, since removing it my game is TONS more stable honestly. I just completed Delayed Burial on a new character with no issues and had a comfy inn to stay at after my journey (plus restocking on supplies heck yeh.) This is how the farm and settlements should have been handled. It's nothing big, its nothing too fancy, its just more.
Looks fantastic! Would make two small requests. First; a patch to add functionality with Heljarchen Farm. Second; a child for the Loreius family. I want my children to have some friends! Thanks for the good work.
If you load Heljarchen Farms after Frostfield - Loreius Farm Settlement the terrain issues are a lot less obvious though you will still likely to see some gaps in the terrain around the Loreius Farm Settlement.

Hope you get well soon. I am having some terrain problems when combining this with heljarchen farm. If you can make a compatibility patch for the terrain, I would be very happy looking at the outside town blossoming around my manor.
No pressure though. But if it would not be too much trouble, I would be very grateful.
There is another mod similiar to this one, Loreius Farm, there is less of a terrain issue if Heljarchen Farm is loaded afterward, which I assume would be about the same if using this mod.
Thank you for sharing this, it is nice to have a little settlement so close to Heljarchen. I love all the little details. By the way, The Chomping Horse seems to be compatible with 'Tavern Games by sagittarius22' and 'Storage Container by MannyGT.' I was given a dialog for both with the innkeeper.
