For Upgrading from old "Tactical Healing", it is necessary to uninstall the old file first: Unlearn all Restoration Talents, Uninstall or delete the .esp file, load your Game without it and save.
Sorry for inconvenience, the need for Respecc and Perk-Hastle is the main reason for this new Version. Here you just need to add one Perk by console to player and everything will work fine, all other Mods are fully preserved and around. (or remove it with "player.removeperk xxxxxxxx" before uninstalling it)
