All I've done is to remove all the others armors used in The Witcher 2 Models with TES5Edit (+ meshes and textures manually), renamed the .esp (to be fully compatible with The Witcher 2 Models .esp) and pack all the meshes and textures files into a .bsa version.
NilfGaardian Armors:
Require Ebony Smithing Perk, Ebony Section.
The Armors:
- NilfGaurdian Armor A,
- NilfGaurdian Armor B (not on the screenshots).
The Helmets:

It's only a male Armor.
If you want some female Nilfgaardian Armor(s) ; some mods authors have already done two nice models.
