This is many years late but had to search the world to find your amazing retextures again. Ive used them on my characters from my first games in 2013 & am now installing Skyrim SE for my grandaughter & had to have these undies. It makes such a difference to see the men looking decent instead of wafting around in mouldy rags. These small things make such a big impact. Many thanks for your wonderful creation Im just sorry its taken me so long to show my appreciation.
I've already got a nude mod for males and I believe it's a replacer and I'm trying to get rid of it. Will this mod put underwear on the males if I install it? After I post this comment I'm going to install it.
Yep, male need more love, but I won't start the boobs vs male goods now... Here is the mod I use for the moment. http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/downloads/file.php?id=2488 It's pretty awesome, my man gets decent feet and butt ^o^ There are options for naked or with underwear, both the diapers (in a cool fashion) and some sexy pant. Check well which one offers it though (there are two types of bodies).

Mangis, this mod is only a texture replacer of the vanilla underwear. Any body mod will not work with this since they don't use the vanilla underwear. Try finding out what underwears you have available with the body mod you use.
I'm afraid I don't know exactly how to do this. If it's for transparency, the mesh itself has to be altered (for the transparent texture option). Maybe when Nifskope will be updated. Also, you could try a nude mod instead ^.^
