If you look at my mod list, it has more files than I would normally use for a one time playthrough. That setup is a base for all my games, and it worked great for this one. Rigmor has times where there are alot of NPCs attacking, so if you are strapped for power, keep your load order to a minimum. You do not need armors, weapons, or a bunch of other things, if you stick to the story. One other thing: there is a part where a great battle takes place. I had a bunch of CTDs. I just saved often and just reloaded when it crashed. I do have some graphics mods so that was not a help, but it was OK for me.
I pretty much used my silver katana throughout the game as Rigmor primarily has two handed swords. There are potions aplenty on the dead but they are mainly healing (fair), which in Requiem, heal over time, are not too helpful. I suggest you do not worry about looting (you may find one or two average magical items). Grab the gold but if you do I suggest you set gold weight to 0 for the duration of the playthrough.
I know in August of 2016 you said that the Patch didn't need updating, however since then another update for Rigmor came out. It was in November 2016. Do you know if this needs updating or if it is fine?
Also thank you very much for this patch! I do appreciate your time and work.
Wow, this sounds brutal. I saw Rigmor being played on that Novajam site. The mod throws a ton of high-level enemies at you. Not sure how you can beat it with Requiem without cheesing. Just have to ask if this is compatible with the current version of Rigmor and Requiem? I might try it.
Read my experience with it. Doable at lower levels. Only threat is the Oblivion quest with Dremora. That one is....difficult. Yes, it works on current version as very little needed changed.
Thanks a lot for making this. Rigmor is my favourite quest mod and I can't play Skyrim without Requiem anymore so this patch was extremely useful to me.
I just finished my playthrough recently. Wow, the part in oblivion with all the Daedra was brutal. My character was pretty low level and hadn't yet run into any Daedra so I was not at all prepared for that. The ones inside the tower would just surround me and kill me in one hit (especially the ones that use ranged magic), so the only tactic that worked for me was to go inside, aggro them, quickly exit back to the outdoor area and have them follow me. At least once outdoors I could use cover, keep a distance, separate them a bit, and pick them off one by one. I had to do this for each "section" of the tower, so needless to say it took forever and was very messy but I got through it in the end, haha.

I've not yet used Requiem, but your article was a very challenging and interesting. It was very helpful to me.
Thanks for sharing.
