I like the way that you're going with this. It gives a very "Fantasy" atmosphere to the game, it reminds me of the scenes in Lord of The Rings when Frodo is in the Elven City. It is very much like that. However I can agree with most of the others... it is a little too harsh. You should alter the settings to get the same luminous effect without over powering the entire game. Also I recommend taking more screen-shots of different areas to give users a better idea of what your settings are like. Town, Dungeon, Indoors, Outside, Nightime, Dawn, Dusk, Afternoon, etc.
As far as evoking a high fantasy setting goes, I like it. The direct sunlight screen looks way too bright and saturated to be practical, though. Most of the distant details are killed by the sky glow effect. Still, the brighter, more golden colors definitely add some soul that's missing from the default game color scheme.
Injector profiles seem to really show how different peoples tastes are. I for one like this profile, because it actually reminds me of the Witcher 2.
But to each its own, I know some people hate FXAA and some hate all light and want a skyrim that looks like Gotham city where everything is dark all the time.
