Would be nice if this could work as holstered on the back. But also multiple patterns and colors would be awesome to have. Then you can really match it to the current armor you are wearing!
Two things: 1. There's (unlike for armors) no need for an extra mesh file for the inventory view since it is just a duplicate of the original shield model. You can use the original model for the proper inventory view.
2. According to nifskope developers the consistency flag/type must be set to "CT_STATIC" (your setting: CT_MUTABLE).
Thanks for pointing that out. I just repackaged the esp from the original mod without actually editing it, hence the inclusion of the ground/inventory mesh. As for the consistency flags, since the shield seems to be working as is, I didn't touch that either. Still, I'll likely upload a new version that contains all the relevant fixes when I have the time
What? Hot chick not included? But seriously, interesting to see heater shields getting more love on Skyrim. BTW is that her hand in the closeup of the back of shield? if so... them's some manly hands and not matching the screenshots from the front (let's just pretend someone else was modeling the "Front shots" and another does the "from behind the shield" view.

I've been looking for something semi-full plate, and from the glimpses, it appears the one you used would fit.

Solo estan las texturas, el escudo no está incluido.
Only are the textures, the shield is not included.
Fixed that with version 1.0a
