   May I ask, will it work with the heavy armor perk? you know, the one with the full set of same armor.

   ahm... what about the visible helmet? is there even a visible dynasty helmet?!

    To make the light helmet work with light perks, you have to set the ArmorHeavy to ArmorLight under keywords (in SkyEdit anyway. Not sure about CK)
