I can’t find Teigr for the life of me,I’ve seen some comments saying it was either at the jarls room or on a chest in the main hall in blue palace but i couldn’t find it at either of those places, a bit of help would be appreciated.
As most non-script based and non SKSE reliant mods, it works just fine in that version of the game. If you're still concerned though, simply open up the mods .esp file in the newest version of the Creation Kit and save it, that works for a simple mod like this.
How does the one-handed/two-handed thing work? Can each sword be modified or switched? If so, how?
Or does each sword have two versions, out there in the world, to be found? I got the one from the Blue Palace so far and while it's very tempting to just switch to two-handed so I can use it, I'm really more of a one-handed sword player.

Even in battle, there is no blood on the sword.
