So this mod hasn't received any updates in a long time. Mostly due to my involvement with other mods. However, I don't want this one to fall off the face of the planet. With that said, what would you like to see happen with this mod? No idea is a bad one, and I'll do my best to accommodate.

I can't install it. There are no bsa/esp files, so the mod isn't recognized in the launcher.

Nevermind, the first download failed, and the file didn't show. Redownloaded, now it's there.
Edit: The file is there, the house isn't.

This is an awesome mod. My only complaint is the lack of storage options. So many spots would go PERFECT if they had Linked storage or something (like using the static potions as a container or something). As much as I love remodeling places with Jaxonz Positioner, I can only go so far with it. Would've been my go-to home if it had more storage.

Sorry it didn't have more storage available. If you're amenable to a suggestion, please try Crystal Creek Mansion. I promise it offers more storage than one can shake a stick at. Serana will also make comments as she's walking around the place. Please read the description on that mod. Some people have thought a certain creature is an enemy. I promise, he isn't :-)

Always thought that this would make a fantastic spot for a home and you certainly delivered on that. Love the addition of a "watch dog" so to speak. I especially love the ceiling to the sky above the interior garden plots. It is definitely better imho now that the master bedroom is on the main level. Thank you

Agreed about the master bedroom. For the life of me, I can't remember why I put it in a different cell, but whatever. As much as Skyrim does s@#t that make ya go hmmm, the same can be said about me :-). If you haven't already, be sure to get Crystal Creek Mansion. It's the pride and joy of my player homes.

Love the house, and I'm currently using it for my main home. One thing I noticed is that the bookcase seems to be glitched- whenever I put books into it the physics seem to go crazy and most of the books will plant themselves against the back of the shelf rather than lining up properly. Also, just as a suggestion I wouldn't mind having an extra chest downstairs so I have a place to store alchemy ingredients and soul gems.

Heya Bernard, am so glad you like this house. About the books, this is a well known and unfortunately hard to fix glitch. The same thing has happened to me but at random times. What I can offer is this. A lot of times when FPS exceed 61fps, Skyrim's physics engine can go nuts. It's just not built to handle high framerates. If this is the case in your game, tell-tale signs are typically things like audio and sound effects playing at random times. I will eventually return to this mod and make some updates. But right now, all my energies are focused on an armor and my other mod Crystal Creek Mansion.

Appreciate the advice and I totally understand. I'll have to keep an eye on my framerate then and see if that's the problem.

That's a matter of debate. There are two beds, but with the mods mentioned on the description page ( you did read it right? RIGHT?!?!?!!? :-) ) you can adopt as many as ya want.

very well done! love it, endorsed.
few questions, did i not find a sharpening stone?
When I walk into the covered garden attached, behind the little gate, I cannot get out anymore, had to `tcl` out. On that garden, are you considering putting in spots to grow plants in the future?
And how do I switch off the shower/fountain?

Good music indeed. Very nice spot. Be aware, it conflicts with a Corners of Skyrim mod ( http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/29824/? ), which is also nice. Hey, what can you do :-)

Thanks much Pby5a! Ok, I have to ask what your name means :-) There is a sharpening stone with the rest of the smithing equipment. Regarding the garden, you're not the first to bring this up and I honestly have no idea why this is happening. There's just nothing there like invisible walls ( collision boxes ) that should prevent the player of getting out. Also, you can grow your own plants in that garden. You may have to look down at the ground to find the "hot spot" the activate the planters. I know mods like SFO make this difficult sometimes. The shower and fountains don't switch off. Honestly, I don't know how to do that.

Seriously? This mod conflicts with another mod? Damn, I was hoping I used an unmodded area of Skyrim. But you're right, what can ya do. If you care to, check out my newest player home called Nuriel Manor. It's a vampire themed player home. But you don't necessarily have to play as a vampire to use it. It just has vampire specific features that human's can't do anything with. Also adoption friendly with the use of Hearthfire Multiple Adoptions.
