Thanks for sharing this, I used this for Personalized music mod, I converted few songs and it works good so far. I used .wav format cause my VLC player can't play .xwm good, it has stuttering and static and stuff, so I didn't want to bother trying that format out ingame. Before conversion I used Audacity app to crop/edit song for a bit, then exported to .mp3 .
I wish I could endorse this many times over, I've been using it for a few years and thus far have used this in conjunction with MP3 gain (to ensure all songs play at the same decibel level) and I've made 2 completely new personal versions of More Where That Came From using instructions given to me by OldManMose as well as about a dozen versions of the Classical and Minuteman Radio stations so I can mix things up.
I've played Fallout for something like 6,000 hours so being able to have much more musical variety is a godsend. I never use it for Skyrim though because in the past I always had trouble with custom music in Oldrim (Not sure about SSE or AE). I don't know how much work went into making this program but I thank you very much because it's wonderful and so easy that anyone can use it regardless of expertise level.
Having tested the files in-game I can confirm this works 100%. Thank you so much for this tool. I tried 6 different methods to convert to xwm and this is the only one that worked for me.
Will not work for me. It repeatedly says and I quote, "The code execution cannot proceed because MSVCR100.dll was not found. Reinstalling the program may fix this problem."
I reinstalled it several times. Reinstalled it in different locations. Tried a multitude of different file types of audio (I started with MP3). I get this same message.
Not working at all for me, it keeps saying "access denied" to the file i am trying to convert and i just end up with a empty converted folder, is this a windows 10 thing? like viltuska mentioned before? if so i have no use for this mod as it just takes up space for no reason now.
Too bad, i really wanted to make my own music setup for skyrim but i guess i am stuck using premade ones..
I used this app to get Fallout 76 music and add them to fallout 4. Then I ended up using it to change my windows media to mp3 because my new phone will not play the file type anymore. The only downfall is it won't let you change the audio strength, but I can deal with it. I fully endorse this application!

EDIT: I followed this guide and it fixed the issue. No idea if the xwm file actually works but I have managed to create one!
